Requirements to be a member of AEPSI

Be registered for the Economic Activities Tax (IAE) or have a Tax License for your activity.

Their activity and position as a Real Estate Personal Shopper must align with the interests of the Buyer, from whom their fees will be exclusively derived. The spirit of a PSI is to charge solely from one party of the real estate transaction.
